A Quick Overview

Join the call and meet one your facilitator, who will teach your team basic principles of mindfulness and ways to make the most out of your walk.

You’ll get a chance to connect with your team in breakout rooms – where you’ll share about your environment, and something that brings you joy or gratitude about the space.

After the breakout, you’ll be led through a 15 minute audio-only guided walk, where you’ll go on a mindful stroll – while turning your attention to the sensations of the body and becoming more aware of your surroundings

We’ll go beyond practical observation to fully experience any sights, sounds, and smells with a deeper presence.

To conclude, your host will guide folks to find gentle stillness and focused breath awareness, allowing for a moment of self-reflection and mindfulness.

At the end we’ll set a space for questions, sharing and enjoying the afterglow of your practice!

If you’ve had team members hesitant to try meditation, this is a great starting point, as it’s an easily accessible practice. Rather than sitting down with eyes closed trying to quiet our busy minds, it helps us develop a different awareness of our surroundings, body, and thoughts through mindful movement.

See What People Think...

Have Questions?

It’s somewhere in between! Think of a lunchtime stroll with coworkers, with a sprinkling of mindfulness. This guided audio walk is designed to transport you outside of where you normally interact as a team.

Being an audio-only guided walk, it’s often a more accessible meditative experience than sitting quietly with eyes closed, yet still gives many of the powerful benefits.

Our guided walk helps your team develop feelings of calm and connectedness, as well as an appreciation of the physical world all around us (yes, the one outside of Zoom!)

It also offers so many of the wonderful benefits of traditional meditation and can help lower stress, reduce anxiety, increase focus & concentration, inspire creativity, and raise energy levels.

  1. Book Now and pay the deposit, or chat with an Account Manager to learn more
  2. We’ll put a hold on your date and time once the deposit is paid.
  3. Our Event Coordinator will send you all the details for your event (a calendar invite, landing page, and Zoom link).
  4. Sit back and enjoy the show!

You’re in front of computers all day, so this is designed to get you off the screen!

You can join from a computer if you’ll be walking within one room, and can hear the instructor the whole time. (Though one of the main benefits of this experience is that you get to experience being outside and in nature with your team.)

Otherwise, this experience is optimized for a phone + headphones, allowing you mobility to walk wherever you want, inside or outside.

We recommend turning off Wi-Fi on your phone, so it’s using cell service rather than trying to connect to Wi-Fi routers.

When joining the Zoom call, Zoom should prompt you to connect to audio via cellular, wi-fi, or “call me”.

Choosing cellular will make it easier to hear and share your audio while you’re roaming.

If the cellular internet speed is slow in your area, but you’re able to make calls just fine – we recommend selecting the “call me” option. Zoom will call your phone number and patch you through as if it were just a phone call. This will require less bandwidth.

Because this is designed to be joined from your own phone + headphones, this experience works regardless of whether you’re hybrid, remote, or in-office.

You’ll all join on your own devices, and walk wherever the journey takes you.

Yes! There’s no staring at faces in boxes, so this is a refreshing break from your typical Zoom calls. Your team deserves time away from their screens.

Trust us – it feels like a breath of fresh air!

This is a wonderful add-on to round out your experience with deeper team connection. Using breakout rooms to engage in smaller groups, we’ll present a reflection question or prompt (such as “What is one thing you’re grateful for today?” or “What was something you noticed during your walk?”) and give attendees a chance to share and connect with their teammates.

There are a few options – we’ve designed this to work as a quick midday booster, or it’s great as an end of day decompress. The beauty is that can be done anywhere, whether your employees are outside in nature, at home, or in the office.

  1. We strongly recommend downloading the Zoom mobile app on your phone.
  2. You’ll need a pair of headphones. The higher quality, the better.

You can also join by dialing in as a phone call. This is useful when:

  • You do not have a iOS or Android smartphone
  • Your audio is not connecting well through the internet
  • You can’t download the mobile app for any reason.
