Inviting Your Team to the Event!

Here’s some standard info about our experiences, which you can reference and pull from when creating an invite for your team!

General info for attendees:
Please arrive a few minutes early to get situated and test your mic/video, so we can start promptly.

At EXACTLY the start time, the host will open the room.

Please join from your own computer (not a tablet/phone, and not from a conference room with others).

Use headphones if you’ll be in a noisy space.

Perfect for those short on space and time, this experience introduces easy-to-follow stretches that can be done right at your desk or kitchen table. Targeting areas like necks, shoulders, and hips, it’s perfect for releasing stress and tension from long hours at a computer.

With a knowledgeable craft bartender, learn how to make a delicious seasonal beverage (with or without alcohol) — using easy to find ingredients! Event is BYO — you can find a list of basic ingredients to bring [HERE]. 

It’s like Bingo, but…with a drag queen! Get sassed and compete in Bingo hosted by a fabulous drag queen (and perhaps a live performance from her, too). With numbers on the cards replaced by words related to drag & queer culture you may even learn a thing or two.

Get ready for an energetic Latin-inspired dance workout… taught by a drag queen!
This easy-to-follow class will give you boosted endorphins and stress relief, and leave you with a joy and laughter filled workout.

Join a beloved drag queen along with our resident mixologist for this sure to be memorable event. You’ll learn how to craft a delicious and festive beverage (with or without alcohol), interact with both hosts, and kick back with your new drink as you’re wow-ed by a drag number or two.

Get ready for Energizing Breathwork, a chance to energize and create mental clarity with what’s known as the “caffeine of breathing exercises” — without the crash!

You’ll experience the invigorating power of the Breath of Joy for that much needed boost – great for first thing in the morning (or when you hit the inevitable mid-afternoon slump).

Be sure to bring blank paper and a thick marker or two for the workshop!

Get ready for a relaxing, screen-free virtual team experience with this audio-only guided walk.

Designed to be enjoyed from anywhere, this experience offers the physical benefits of movement, plus the mental reset of a guided meditation!

NOTE: This experience is optimized for a phone + headphones, allowing you mobility to walk wherever you want, inside or outside.

To prepare: Brainstorm your top karaoke songs you’ll want to perform, and find them on Youtube (just search “[song title] karaoke”).

Make sure it’s a good quality version with lyrics on screen- or check out this Karaoke Songbook – your favorite song might already be on our list!

Wigs, costumes, a fake microphone and props are encouraged 🙂

Join us for a new beginnings-themed event with activities designed to celebrate the past month, quarter, or year. From our hilarious Name Your Champions game to creating digital vision boards, it’s a fun and interactive way to get connected.

He will share his unique blend of magic and performance, and show off stunning illusions, card tricks and sleight of hand.

Depending on who your magician is, a deck of playing cards might come in handy, so bring them if you have them 🙂

Get ready for Meditation For Teams, a chance to slow down for a moment, and experience the powerful practice of mindfulness through meditation.

Our easy-to-follow guided practice will help you reduce stress, find focus & clarity, and feel empowered in your personal well-being.

If Music Trivia and Bingo had a baby. Playing song clips as the clues with the artists’ names on the cards, this will put your musical knowledge to the test.

We’re joining Pride Party, a drag queen-led experience with performance, history and Q&A.

It’s time to get spooky with our Thriller! Halloween bash. From ghost stories to monster creations this will get you in the ghoulish spirit. 

You’re encouraged to wear a fun (or scary) costume. No masks though — we want to see your face!

Move with the breath through a series of poses that will build flexibility and strength, counter-balance long hours of desk work, and cultivate a sense of calm and stillness for your team.

What do I need to prepare?

  • Participants are encouraged to bring anything that allows them to feel supported in their practice. A yoga mat is strongly encouraged.
  • Some other optional props that can be used in a yoga practice to make it more accessible are blocks, straps, bolsters and/or blankets. If you don’t have these props, common household items can also be used such as large books, a scarf or belt from a robe, pillows or towels.
  • Water or a soothing beverage
