🧘‍♂️ Yoga with Overeaters Anonymous Region 2

Get ready for Team Yoga, a chance to relax, breathe, and take some time in the day for a little self-care.
Move with the breath through a series of poses that will build flexibility and strength, counter-balance long hours of desk work, and cultivate a sense of calm and stillness for your team.

Show up with an open mind, settle in, and have a relaxing & rejuvenating experience!

What do I need to prepare?

  • Participants are encouraged to bring anything that allows them to feel supported in their practice. A yoga mat is strongly encouraged.
  • Some other optional props that can be used in a yoga practice to make it more accessible are blocks, straps, bolsters and/or blankets. If you don’t have these props, common household items can also be used such as large books, a scarf or belt from a robe, pillows or towels.
  • Water or a soothing beverage

Zoom/Tech Info
  • Join the Zoom link from your own computer (no phone/tablet, one person per device — no conference room)
  • Wear headphones if you’re in a noisy place
  • In the office? Join from somewhere you can’t hear coworkers (or it’ll cause audio feedback)

If you have any health concerns / injuries that you would like our facilitator to be made aware of that may require special modifications/adaptations or extra assistance, please let us know at the beginning of your event. We will do our best to offer you additional support so that the practice is fully accessible.
