Featured Cocktail
Sunny Orchard Sour
This cocktail, influenced by the whiskey sour, will feature ripe grapefruit, juicy fruit and some sweetness. This cocktail can be made creamy with the addition of an egg white or aquafaba, and is delicious with a variety of base spirits.

- Angostura bitters or pinch of allspice
- Grapefruit
- Lemon
- Berries, sliced peaches or mango
- Granulated sugar or honey
- Salt
- Optional 1 egg white or aquafaba (liquid from can of chickpeas)
For Alcohol-Free version:
½ cup tea (black, green, herbal) – cold or room temperature

LIQUOR
Choose one: whisk(e)y, rum, tequila, vodka or gin
Angostura bitters or pinch of allspice
Alcohol Free version: ½ cup tea (black, green, herbal) – cold or room temperature
PRODUCE
1 grapefruit
1 lemon
½ cup berries, sliced peaches or mango (fresh or defrosted frozen)

OTHER
Optional – 1 egg or 2 tbsp aquafaba (liquid from can of chickpeas)
Granulated sugar (or honey)
Salt
Glass of room temperature water
2 cups ice
Tools

Measuring:
Jigger (or 1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon)

Shaker:
Cocktail shaker or Mason jar with lid or tight sealing Tupperware, protein beverage shaker or wide mouth water bottle

Strainer:
Strainer or wooden spoon
Fine mesh or Tea strainer (optional)

Glassware:
1 martini, coupe or wine glass put in freezer before class
2 small glasses to juice citrus juice into
