How it Works
This HR-friendly event will make everyone feel more like they’re on the parade route than sitting in the office (or wherever they WFH), and it runs almost like a music festival.
Your favorite virtual Pride theme rooms happen at the same time, and your team members get to “choose their own adventure.”
That means they can go head-to-head in Drag Bingo, belt their favorite Lady Gaga song in LGBTQ Karaoke, or go behind-the-scenes with a Queen as she gets ready for a show-stopping performance.
Breakdown
Length: This party can be either 75-minutes, with one theme-room session, or 2 hours with two theme-room sessions. See structures below.
Format: There are multiple events running at the same time, and participants get to choose where they go. It follows our Party in a Box format, and most of our Pride offerings work for this event. Rooms range from entertainment-style (like drag performances) to more interactive events (like karaoke).
Team sizes: This event is perfect for larger teams of 50-1000 fabulous people.
How it works: You’ll get a custom landing page for your Pride Festival, and on the day of the Fest, everyone signs on. There’s an opening before everyone heads to their breakout sessions and the celebrations begin!

Nope, for almost all events you just need to show up ready to have fun 🙂
For the Cocktails Class, attendees will want to purchase the ingredients ahead of time. We’ll send a shopping list before your event.
Yes! The default length for this event is 2 hours, but you can also run it in 75 minutes if you’d like.
We’ve designed this for companies and bigger teams that want to celebrate Pride festivities in a big way!
- Chat with an Account Manager by booking a demo, or requesting more info.
- Let us know your Estimated Group Size, and Date and Time.
- We’ll put a hold on your date and time, and send an invoice for the number of people you’re certain will attend.
- Once paid: our Event Coordinator will send you all the details for your event (a calendar invite, landing page, and Zoom link).
- Sit back and enjoy the show!
If the number of attendees exceeds the number paid for, we’ll send you a post-event invoice to cover any overflow.
This costs $20-40 per person + gratuity, depending on group size!
