A Quick Rundown...
Meet your host and get into the Lean Startup mindset, hearing of successful tech disruptors like Airbnb, Uber, and…Segway?
Next, you’ll be assigned to a team, where you’ll choose a focus from our list of goofy startup ideas, develop a company name, and assign titles within the company.
Then it’s time to build your brand, creating a quick pitch deck with your company’s logo, tagline, industry problem, and your unique solution.
In the “Shark Tank” round, you’ll present your deck to investors, who will vote on which startups to fund.
Next is “Deal or No Deal,” in which teams target other teams with a strategic partnership opportunity. The crowd will vote on whether the deal goes through, and award money accordingly.
Next is “PR Crisis,” in which a disgruntled influencer takes issue with your company. Can your company weather the criticism and handle the PR crisis?
Finally (time permitting) is “Memes FTW,” where your team develops a viral meme, and all vote on which is the most viral.

Nope! We’ll host it all online, and share links for your team to collaborate.
You will need to ensure computers don’t have a firewall preventing Google products, as we use the Google Jamboard website and Google Sheets.
We really recommend the full 90 minutes for this one, but can run a shortened 75 minute version if needed (no shorter though!).
The beauty of Startup Battle is that it involves all sorts of personalities, giving a chance for the introverts and extroverts to all get involved as they see fit!
- Chat with your dedicated Account Manager by booking a demo, or requesting info.
- We’ll put a hold on your date and time, and send an invoice for the number of people you’re certain will attend.
- Once paid: your Event Coordinator will send you all the details for your event (a calendar invite, landing page, and Zoom link).
- Sit back and enjoy the show!
If the number of attendees exceeds the number paid for, we’ll send you a post-event invoice to cover any overflow.
This experience starts at $800 + fees to book, which accommodates up to 22 attendees.
Past 22: it’s $35/person + fees. There are also price breaks as the group size increases.
We also have discounts available for multiple bookings, non-profits, and universities.
